This Refunds & Returns Policy explains our terms for product returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure clarity and fairness for both our customers and our business.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange products purchased from thepregnancypalace.com within 14 days of receiving them if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products marked as “Final Sale.”
- Customized or personalized items.
- Opened or used personal care items.
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or other non-physical products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact Us: Email us at thepregnancypalace@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request.” Include:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Description of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Await Authorization: Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
- Ship the Product: Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
A. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, process your refund to the original payment method.
B. Refund Timeframes
- Refunds to credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
- Refunds to digital wallets: 1–3 business days.
C. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted
Non-Refundable Fees
Original shipping costs and any return shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant:
- Follow the same process as outlined in Section 2 to initiate a return.
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will send the replacement product.
- Any difference in price will need to be settled before shipping the replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include clear photos of the issue in your email.
- We will either issue a refund, exchange the item, or cover the shipping cost for a return.
6. Costs and Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
- If the return is caused by a defective or incorrect product, The Pregnancy Palace will cover the shipping fees.
7. Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
